Signarama Tuggerah has won two significant awards at the Business NSW Central Coast Awards, for Excellence in Innovation and Excellence in Sustainability.

Awarded: Gary and Meliassa Marshall, Signarama, Tuggerah
Awarded: Gary and Melissa Marshall, Signarama, Tuggerah

Melissa Marshall, director of the company said, “This achievement would not have been possible without the support of my husband, Gary. Your belief in our vision and your constant encouragement mean the world to me.

“I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing team. Your hard work, creativity, and dedication have been the driving force behind our success. Together, we’ve shown that innovation and sustainability can go hand in hand, and I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished.”

Marshall’s business will now represent the Central Coast at the Business NSW State Awards in Sydney on 30 October.

Melissa and Gary Marshall acquired the business, which was established in 2007,  five years ago, bringing with them a passion for print, and a new business outlook. Keeping members of the original Signarama team, and continuing to support local talent in the print industry, the couple strengthened their expertise and application options.

It installed a new HP Latex 800 W three years ago, becoming the first company to do so in NSW. Earlier this year the company invited its existing and potential customers to a sustainable showcase, highlighting the 800 W’s water-based inks. Gary Marshall said, “Water based inks are recyclable, which is important to customers, and especially when printed onto the media that are now emerging that are themselves recyclable, like the new PVC-free vinyl that is coming out.”
